Timeline
Every point in order, left to right. The scoring team's running score appears above the line for home, below for away. Rotation rows (home above, away below) label R1–R6, shown each time a team rotates. Scroll sideways to see long sets. 🔥 badge appears when a team scores 3+ consecutive points.
Serving by Role
Serve stats grouped by the player serving (the back-right / P1 position in each rotation). Att = serve attempts. Ace + P0 = aces plus serves that forced a 0 pass, as a share of attempts. An ace is itself a forced 0, so it counts once, not twice. Err = serve errors (% of attempts). Eff = serving efficiency = (Ace + P0 − Errors) ÷ Attempts. SPR = serves per rotation = serve attempts ÷ serving turns. Pass = average serve-receive pass grade (0–3) earned by the opposing team off this player's serves — lower means tougher serving. Aces count as a 0 pass; serve errors are excluded.
Serve Map
Receptions by the back-row position that passed them — 5 left, 6 middle, 1 right in that team’s own frame, so the halves mirror like the court. Shaded by volume. A = receptions in that lane. P3–P0 = the grade split (P0 includes being aced). Avg = mean grade on the 3–2–1–0 scale. Pos = P2+P3 ÷ receptions. Filter by where the serve came from, either team’s rotation, and who passed; the filters drive the per-player table below too. Serve errors are not receptions and are excluded.
Triangle Score
Breaks scoring into four sources. Earned FBSO = first-ball side-outs excluding opponent serve errors. FBBP = first-ball break points (rallies won on the first ball while serving, excluding aces). Transition Pts = points won after a failed first-ball attempt. Terminal Serve = net serve points (aces minus serve errors). FBBP and Transition Pts are mutually exclusive — no point is counted in both. Values shown as net differential (raw total in brackets when Advanced is on).
Overall
Side-Out % = side-outs ÷ opponent serve opps. FBSO % = first-ball side-outs ÷ opponent serve opps. Earned rates exclude the points neither side contested — the opponent’s serve errors when receiving, and this team’s own aces and serve errors when serving. Transition SO % / Transition BP % = rallies won after the first ball, on the earned denominator. Break Point % = points won on serve ÷ serve attempts. FBBP % = first-ball break points (includes aces). Positive Pass % = P2+P3 passes ÷ all graded passes.
Side-Out by Pass Grade
Side-out performance by serve-receive quality, per team. Att% = share of total serve-receive attempts at that pass grade. SO% = side-out rate. FBSO% = first-ball side-out rate. P3 = perfect pass, P2 = good, P1 = poor, P0 = ace/overpass. A big drop from P3 to P2 indicates dependency on a perfect pass.
Side-Out by Rotation
Side-out performance per receiving rotation, per team. SO% = side-out rate (every serve received). eSO% = earned side-out rate (excludes opponent serve errors). FBSO% = first-ball side-out rate. eFBSO% = earned first-ball side-out rate. TSO% = transition side-out (eSO% − eFBSO%) — rallies won after a non-first-ball attack. Low rotations reveal lineup vulnerabilities.
Break Point by Rotation
Points won on serve, per serving rotation. BP% = break-point rate (every serve sent). EBP% = earned break points (excludes own aces and serve errors from attempts). FBBP% = first-ball break-point rate. EFBBP% = earned first-ball break points, excluding aces. TBP% = transition break points (EBP% − EFBBP%) — break wins after first-ball.
Serving by Rotation
Att = serve attempts from this rotation. SPR = serves per rotation (average serve attempts each time the team rotates into this rotation) — a higher SPR means the team strings together more serves before siding out. Pass = the average serve-receive grade the opposition managed against serves from this rotation, on the 3–2–1–0 scale — lower means the serve is doing more damage. Aces count as a 0; serve errors are excluded.
